Question

Signatures in Archie-generated emails?

I use Archie to generate emails.

Is it possible for these emails to automatically include my signature?

I would like text with hyperlinks and an image ideally.

Hello Steven,

When clicking on the button to turn the Archie draft into an email, it will send the information to your Outlook and use your default Outlook signature including and hyperlinks and images therein.

As of now, Archie-generated emails don’t always include signatures by default, especially if you're looking to include rich formatting like hyperlinks and images. But there might be a workaround. You could try setting up a default signature block in your Archie email templates (if supported), or append your signature manually as part of the template content.

Ideally, it’d be great if Archie let you save a styled email signature with links and images that auto-inserts into all generated messages, maybe something for their feature request list?

Hello @ThevninRumende ,

You should get your regular signature.  See my GIF below.  If this does not happen for you, it may be due to a conflict with your Outlook Add-ins.  I know that the Adobe add-in for Outlook is known to cause an issue where your signature does not show.
