I have been having trouble with the matter details shuffling themselves around, on the right side. Even after moving Billing Details to the bottom, some how it gets back to the top, while Upcoming Events gets moved to the middle of the list. This has been happening more often. Is it possible to lock it in place as a default? 

It used to be an inconvenience, but it is not reach the point of being annoying.
