The figures show the EM being subtracted from seller net, whereas EM is going to title, how do I fix this?

For Illinois firms using our closing statement there is an option for Broker’s fees that will take this into account. The closing statement has options for separate line items for listing and selling broker fees and earnest money, or the one below that includes it all together. Click Add and search for Broker’s Fees.
