Is there a way to add details to a contact only entry (not matter related) so that I can easily search even if I don’t have the name on the tip of my tongue? I’ve tried putting ‘Process Server’ in the occupation field and when that didn’t work, I tried putting it in the Notes field. But that also did not work. When I search contacts for Process Server, nothing comes up. 

Hi @Katy - using contact tags could be helpful. You can add a custom tag to any contact, and then use this tag to filter your contacts to only show those that have the related tag. So in your scenario, you might add ‘Process Server’ as the contact tag and then filter your contacts to only display those with that tag.
