What problem are you running into with this?

Hi, I’m not getting all estate planning clients, just those with the tags I specified.

Would it be easier to just select all tags and then sort by tag once it’s generated? 

That worked with the exception of displaying matter status.   I don’t see it listed in the “included column list” drop down. Thanks again!

Hmm, you’re right. That’s odd. It would be a little bit tedious, but you could export the report to excel and manually add that column. Run it once with “open matters” checked, export. Run it again with just “Closed” checked, export. Copy and paste to combine them. 

Some actual Smokeball team member may have a better workaround than that, but that is what I would do!

The issue that you are having is that you are using the client report rather than the matter report. Clients do not have a status of Open or Closed. You can have clients associated with a currently open or closed matter but that isn't something built into that report. You can try running the Matter - Full List report to get the information you are looking for. I am unsure of all of the details that you need. Do you need name and address and email? Do you just need name and the matter tags and the status?

Thank you.  I am using the Matter-Full list.  The issue is that I can only group by Matter Status.  I’d like to a report by date opened with the Matter Status for each line item.
