Removing a File from Communicate

Hi,

To remove a shared file or folder, go to the message where you shared it and click on the three vertical dot to the left of the message and choose delete.

Is there a way to remove a file posted by a staff member? Yesterday my paralegal sent a file to the wrong client. She deleted it, but there was a brief delay while I tried to delete it and then had to ask her to do so from her computer.

Do you mean you tried to delete if from the message and were unable to?  Is that what caused the delay?
