I’ve been trying to automate my closing documents (real estate attorney).
I can add the Full Name of “This Party” (i.e. Seller 1) to insert under the first signature line, however I can’t find the option to plug in Seller 2.
This would be the second party or second Card (if there are two Sellers that need to sign a Deed).

View originalAdditional parties only appear for user document automation fields if you have added that number of parties to the matter you are creating the automation from. Add a second seller to the matter you are using to access the form library to create your template. If you want to get fancy you can use ((IF [Seller 2 full name] Exists THEN)) to add Seller two’s information conditionally.

For automation, you can always right click on the field in the right-hand pane and choose the “add another” option.
