Receipient address on letter

Hi there,

I have multiple addresses for a Defendant (e.g. street address and registered address). Letters seem to default to street address, how do I select which address the letter goes to?

Thanks

David

Hi @David L ,

Thank you for reaching out with your question. I understand the need to select specific addresses for letters, especially when dealing with multiple addresses for a defendant.

To address this issue, you can create separate document containers for different addresses. By doing so, you'll have the flexibility to choose the appropriate address for each letter.

I'd be happy to assist you further by connecting you with our Training Team for a session on how to set up these separate document containers and effectively manage multiple addresses within our system. They'll provide you with step-by-step guidance to ensure you can navigate this process seamlessly.

I have created a ticket for you and our Training Team will contact you during office hours.

Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your continued partnership.
