Hi,
When is a conveyancer obligated to give their own vendor the statement of adjustments?
Is it 2 days prior to settlement?
Many thanks in advance

Hi
You’ll find conversations about how to save time with legal matters, how to run firms and how to use Smokeball… but you probably won’t have much luck with getting info on how to actually conduct a matter.
I think a lot of us would be keen to help, but it’s a bit dicey to give that kind of advice on a forum platform unfortunately.
I’m not sure if you’re studying law, tackling a new area of law or representing yourself but depending on what you’re after maybe we can point you in the right direction!
For now, I hear R/Legal advice is actually pretty good for these short and sweet questions.
Thank you Ben
