Private Calendar Events

Per this article Matter Permissions – Smokeball Support Hub, if you add the event in SB to a matter restricted to you alone, then you can create an event and label it “Private” however the date, location, and event will be viewable in calendar. The description would not be accessible to other users.
For myself, I use the outlook calendar to add personal events and mark them private.

Thank you for chiming in as usual Jonathan! If you mark an event as private in Outlook it will not sync to the Smokeball calendar. You may also need to put a hold on the Smokeball calendar so that you do not accidentally get booked over a time when you are busy.
