Precedent Fields

Question

Some of the fields that are included in the Court documents do not appear in the list of fields available to choose from - for example, I am trying to create a document that refers to Applicant and Respondent in a Family Law matter. I can see in the field for each in the Initiating Application, but that field does not exist in the list of fields when I am creating a precedent (I have started the precedent in Family Law - Property and Children).

I seem to be able to copy and paste the field from the Initiating Application precedent, but that is not an efficient way to work. Is there a list of where all fields can be found somewhere?

Hi ​@GeorgeSthanks for your question.Theseare fields only usually available to Smokeball staff as they arebased on calculations that checkwhat is entered into Client and Other Side > Details and returns either oftheir details for the Applicant/Respondent based on what is selected forthe Role.You are correct that you can copy and paste it from other forms into your own precedents which will work just fine. However I am happy to make these also available to you to be able to access from the Smokeball toolbar (like you can access other fields).Which specific fields would be helpful? E.g. Applicant Full Name, Respondent Full Name, etc.
