We’re exploring options to integrate a phone system with Smokeball. Ideally, we’d like call transcripts to automatically link to the appropriate matter when there’s a phone number match and be saved as a memo. We’re looking for the same functionality with text messaging.
Can you share your experience with the available options? From what we’ve seen, RingCentral and VXT appear to be the main integrations, but it seems RingCentral may not currently support these capabilities. Are we understanding that correctly?
