PDF conversion | Community

I am unable to convert WORD to PDF due to some formatting error. How do we get a ticket now a days, seems to have changed on the web page

@Brad1 I am curious if the formatting error is not allowing you to convert from Word to PDF or you are seeing errors in the document after conversion. I assume you are using the right click and convert to PDF option inside of Smokeball?
