I just got added to this system and for some reason when I send an email through Smokeball, my signature does not show up in my email box. I have been trying to figure this out for the last 4 days and do not know what to do. I have deleted and re-entered my signature and it has not helped. It is quite frustrating.

I could not edit my question for some reason… but I found the answer. Smokeball is not linked to the correct email address. I will have the person who set it up correct it so that it works properly. Who knew.
