Outlook is not syncing my signature through the system


I just got added to this system and for some reason when I send an email through Smokeball, my signature does not show up in my email box. I have been trying to figure this out for the last 4 days and do not know what to do. I have deleted and re-entered my signature and it has not helped. It is quite frustrating.

I could not edit my question for some reason… but I found the answer. Smokeball is not linked to the correct email address. I will have the person who set it up correct it so that it works properly. Who knew.

Thanks for letting us know it’s sorted @tyoungbl! Please do circle back if you have any issues with the relinking process :) 

In relation to the ability to edit posts. You should have the option to edit your posts in the little “meatball” menu that’s slightly below and to the right of your post text. If you get a chance to check could you please let me know if it shows up for you?
