Is there any time frame for moving from Windows to the online version that integrates with apps and tracks time?  I know you are not working on Mac integration, but it would be so much better if I could get rid of Parallels.  Everything that touches Microsoft has the Bill Gates auto-crash feature built-in and I simply cannot keep dealing with the antiquated processes and crashes with Windows.  it is a waste of time and I am done researching how to get around the latest bug between Windows, Parallels, and Mac.  Even the PC that one attorney uses crashes regularly because it is Windows.  It seems there are a lot of other options that do not require Windows and that do what Smokeball does, including time tracking, which was Smokeball’s biggest advantage before now.

Hi @LitalienLaw

We are still very much tied to the Microsoft suite for Word & Outlook but we are about to support the web and app versions which means that you can have a better experience on a Mac.

New Outlook and associated apps will be supported from 26th Feb.

Word improvements will be coming from April/May.

In terms of the Windows Desktop app, over time we will be adding more functionality into the web app so that you can utilise this as a Mac user. This is a work in progress and you will continue to see more functionality every release.

Let me know if you want to discuss either of these any further.

Thanks.
