Non-US Client Addresses

I just engaged a new client who lives outside the United States, and I cannot figure out how to properly enter his foreign address into his contact information. Smokeball seems to require me to select a U.S. state and forces/fills in an erroneous U.S. county when I try to add his postal code to the system. Does anyone have any guidance on this topic?

Hello, 

   If you go into the “Advanced View” of your contact, you should be able to click “Edit” in the address section and type in your clients address and override the US state. Hi Lizzy - My Smokeball contact pop-up box does not have an “advanced view” option. At the bottom of the box, there is only “save” and “cancel.” I booked a session for this afternoon so I can show you directly. Thanks. Cheri
