New HIPAA Attestation Form Requirements

Hi Sandy,

Do you have a link to the new form?  I just want to make sure we are talking about the same one.  Is it the one from the Department of Health and Human Services I have linked here?

Yep, that’s the one. I’ve already uploaded it into our system. I’m not too sure if it’s easy necessarily to automate because there will be situations when the client will sign and when the attorney will.

Sorry for the delay!  It looks like we do not yet have this form in.  If it is difficult for automation, you can always just add the form without the automation to the Forms & Templates library without fields added just for ease of access to the form.
