Name not pulling into bill

when I run a bill it is not generating the description area from smokeball. For some reason it is not appearing on the bill. Is there a way to fix that?

If you would like the Matter Description to appear on every invoice, you will need to edit this in the Firm Settings in Billing.

Open Smokeball Billing>Firm Settings>”Invoice Settings” on the left-hand column>”PDF Invoices” tab>Select either Matter Description as the “Invoice Title” or “Invoice Subtitle”>Click “SAVE” at the very bottom when done

If you would like the Matter Description to appear on invoices only for some matters, or not appear if the Firm Settings are configured to show this on every matter, you will need to configure this in the individual matter settings.

Open the Matter in Billing>”EDIT MATTER”>”Invoice Settings” on the left-hand column>Scroll down to the “Invoice Settings” section and select either Matter Description as the “Invoice Title” or “Invoice Subtitle”>Click “SAVE MATTER” at the bottom of the screen
