Why doesn’t the discovery disappear from your “My Discovery Due Dates” when it is completed? And how do you remove it manually? I have all of this discovery telling me it’s due when it’s already been completed. I wish it would go away once completed like the medical records widget.

The widget will show any due dates that don’t have an ‘Answered’ date or ‘Received date’ (for "Other”) entered.
How to clear an item:
1. Open the matter and go to its discovery details.
2. Enter the Answered date or the Received date.
3. Click Refresh on the widget. The widget will update but this may not be instantaneous.
The Medical Records widget uses the same rule as the discovery widget. A request disappears only when its Received Date is filled in.
One main difference between the widges: the Medical Records widget always limits the list to items due in the next 30 days. The discovery widget has a dropdown for this: next 30 days, next 7 days, or overdue.

That’s the problem I’m having. I enter the Answered date, but it does not clear from the widget. Not sure what’s going on.
