I got a new computer and now all the checks I print from Smokeball print upside down. I can insert my check upside down but the print does not line up quite right on the check. My quickbook checks print correctly, only the checks from Smokeball print upside down. I can’t find a setting for that in billing. Any suggestions? thanks!

I do have some ideas as to what may be the issue. It may be related to the printer drivers changing with the new computer. This can happen if the new computer has a new operating system, a new driver is available, or you have a new printer.
Some things to try are to play around with the printer settings. Another thing you can do to test is to “Print” and choose the option to print to PDF and save it locally. Try opening the local PDF and printing from there to see what happens. I definitely recommend that you make some copies of a check to do this testing so you are not wasting actual checks!
