When Smokeball did their latest update, they took away the Matter Infor: Internal Reference. This future used to be available when setting up a “Lead.” Now, it is only an option when converting the Lead to a Matter. I need to be able to add the Internal Reference number prior to opening a case matter. Part of my role in the Law Firm I work for, I am the one builds the file and hands it off to the paralegal. Would it be possible to add this feature back for as a LEAD?

I am with the Support team. This feature has not changed. There is a toggle in the internal reference settings that may have been switched off. I am going to create a ticket an our team will reach out. Thanks!
