Matter Hold - Past Due

Maddie, when you say “on hold,” what does that look like to you in an ideal state? A special color for tagging the file, a change in user/access permissions so staff knows not to do additional work, a default message in the client portal, etc? I’m trying to understand more about the specific functionality that would be helpful to you here. Thank you!
