Is there a way to send out an email to all of the clients that are managed by one case manager?

I don’t think there is directly, but if you generate a report and export it as a PDF, it’s a quick mail merge. Then, use Smokeball’s “scan emails” feature on your sent folder to connect all the emails back to their matters.

There is no bulk email from Smokeball across matters. We do have an integration with Campaign Monitor that may assist with this. You can also choose to export a client list or contact list from the reports and use mail merge as suggested by
