Making appointments in Smokeball

Hi, is there a way to make appointments default to 1 hour instead of 30 minute time slots.

    Hi Cath,

    At this time, there is no way to change the default duration increment. This would be a great Feature Suggestion!

    If you'd like to submit a Feature Suggestion, you can click on the "Contact Us" button under the Support tab in Smokeball or on the support page and choose Feature Suggestion as the ticket type. Make sure to not only say what the suggested feature is, but how it will help solve a problem with your current process.  The more details, the better.
