Sorry if this has been answered, Im new.

If I make a call to a client is there a way to link that call to a matter.

Say the call was 43 minutes, can I save that as a time entry to a matter directly? without having to make a time entry from scratch?

Hello Ian,

It depends on how you are tracking that phone call.  If you are using RingCentral, the integration would allow the time tracked to be added to a matter.  If you do not use RingCentral, there is a timer in the upper right hand side of every Smokeball window to allow you to have a manual time for this.  When done with this timer, it can easily be turned into a time entry.  


Okay, so theres no real way without RingCentral to link over a item in the list?
