How do you send a link to a colleague to a draft document saved in Smokeball so that they can make changes to the document that then get saved back to Smokeball?

Hello!
You may find it useful to create and assign a task to your colleague in Smokeball as you can link documents to a task!
You can find directions to linking a document within a task here.
Alternatively you can send the document to your colleague via Communicate!
You can click the OPEN button to the document from within a conversation which should open it in Word. Edits made here will be saved to the matter.
Otherwise if you are referring to live document collaboration similar to Google Docs or Sharepoint, we do not currently have this functionality in Smokeball. With this in mind we do have a new feature coming up in the near future allowing you to add hyperlinks to tasks and sub-tasks which would allow you to share links to live documents from these sources and share them to your colleague!
