I am looking for feedback from attorneys who have used reception services that intergrate with smokeball like Clerx, answering legal, Lex, etc. Small firm with two poeple but would really like a system that gets all the detail in a lead, schedules call backs, fills in the data, and really gets the info we need from the lead.
Hi! We use Lex Reception and overall have been pleased. When people call in and identify as a Potential New Client, they automatically flow into Smokeball as a lead. The one limitation I’ve found is that sometimes, the live receptionist *thinks* it’s an existing client, but it’s actually a new lead so we have to manually go behind and ensure those are captured.
