In advance, I’m brand new - thank you for your help.  

We have new leads/prospects who have not converted to a Matter.  Referral sources are added to the original entry of the new lead if available.   When I get the task to send a thank you note to the referral source, I can’t find the referral source information on the lead/prospect.   Where do I find it?

The Referral/Referral source is in the Info section of both a lead and a matter.  You can also get a report of all referrals and referral sources across your leads and matters.
