What do people label a lead where you decline representation?  “Canceled”?  “Closed”?

@Jordan or “lead declined by firm”, “firm declined by lead”, canceled for lack of follow up, closed for when matter created without being converted?

    I’m referring specifically to the Lead status, which offers the following options: 

    Open

    Closed

    Pending

    Canceled

     

    I guess closed seems like the closest description, but it doesn’t really capture it.  Why not “declined”?

    Jordan,

    I have switched between Closed and Canceled.  I would really like “DNE - Did not engage” for those that did not hire me and I like your option of “Declined” for those leads that the firm decided not to accept.
