Hi, so not every message gets related to a case and sometimes one person will call over and over again. So I’m not constantly sending the same phone message again is there a way I can see what I have already sent before?

Great question. Here is what I would do. Go to the tasks page on the main screen. Go to the categories view under assignees. Unselect all other categories but phone message. Set the settings to be overdue or due today. Sort the columns by matters. This will give you all of the phone messages and you could see if any matters have any repeat messages. I would also save this as a task view so you could see this anytime of the day.
