is there a way to bring a pdf into smokeball and have it auto populate the information

Is there a way to upload a pdf containing information about the case and have Smokeball automatically take that information from the pdf and place it into the case in the places it belongs? For example, if I upload a document explaining how a client was injured, can Smokeball take that information and populate it into the case details or into another document that would need that information?

@bethmushin - Maybe. Save the pdf with the data to the SB Matter. Add (if needed) an intake form with the information that you want to come into Smokeball. On the intake form screen select the “...” beside “Share form”. Select the correct intake form. Then toggle “Autofill this form with Archie”. Select autofill and open form. The tooltip says that this will use matter data to prefill the form. Let us know how it works for you - I haven’t used it.

@HunterSteele do you know if there is anyway to do this without using an intake form?  Will what Jonathan said above work?

Using an intake form is the only way to populate a Smokeball matter at this point, as described above. This should work well!
