Hi there,

Assuming you’re asking if we can have pre-populated files in a Matter when opened. At this time, this is not possible. The only thing you can pre-set in the file area of a Matter are default folders. For your documents, you’d have to draft them each time, but could use our TemplateLab automation to speed through that process.

Beyond that, this would make for a great Feature Suggestion. If you'd like to submit a Feature Suggestion, you can click on the "Contact Us" button under the Support tab in Smokeball or on the support page and choose Feature Suggestion as the ticket type. Make sure to not only say what the suggested feature is, but how it will help solve a problem with your current process.  The more details, the better.

If we misunderstood what you’re asking, please contact us: help@smokeball.com, for further assistance. Or reply here 😀
