Is there a hotkey for QuickSearch that can be used from anywhere in SB?

Is there a way to “Save as New Version” of a document when a document is received outside of SB?

There are no hotkeys for the examples you listed above. Smokeball does support some hotkeys within the documents section of a matter. You can right click on any document to see what hotkeys you can use within Smokeball. Here is a support article on File Management that you can review for more information.
