Intake Forms Message Templates

Has anyone suggested the idea or has Smokeball started working on setting up a function to customize different Message Templates for Intake Forms? Perhaps based on each user or a template that can be saved for a specific matter type(s)?.

We’ve recently introduced the ability to customise message templates at the individual intake form level. If you haven’t had a chance to explore this yet, you can access and edit the template within each form’s settings.

While this functionality isn’t specifically available at the user or matter-type level, it may still help address your needs in the meantime, especially if you already have different forms for different matter types.

We appreciate your feedback on expanding this feature further. It’s a valuable suggestion, and we’ve recorded it for consideration as we continue to improve the platform.
