Intake Forms

Can you add more than one intake form and send multiple intake forms in the one email?

Hello @Cath - PLQ

You can do this using copy and paste. Steps to take are as follows:

On the matter go to the intake tab
Choose share form
Pick the email option
Have it open the email, but dont’ send it yet
Go back to the Intake tab
Choose the next form you wish to share
Pick the email option
When this email opens, copy the link from here to the original email that opened.
Repeat until all forms you wish to send are copied to the original email.
Send the email with all of the forms and simply close and do not save the others.
