New to Smokeball (yesterday!) so pulling my hair out a bit here. Long time DocuSign user and keeping that account while we try out InfoTrack. How do I delete a draft envelope? So simple in DocuSign and doesn’t appear to be an option but it must be . . . help!

I take it this is for SignIT in Infotrack? If so, can you look at your Orders list? If there’s a hyperlinked status, go to the Actions menu and click cancel. lmk if this works and if not I’ll see if I can find a colleague here at Smokeball who knows this better lol
If it’s for the efilings, that’s for the File and Serve page. Find the envelope there, click select an action, and the drop down should have an option to cancel the filing.

I checked in with InfoTrack team. They let me know that SignIT doesn't yet support the option in the UI for deleting the draft orders. For any specific orders, you can share orderIDs so they can help from the backend side if needed. Just reach out to support@infotrack.com .
