I have a rehire starting with our firm. She will be using the same email address as was previously assigned. How am I able to reactivate a former staff and user of Smokeball?

I’m assuming reactivating a former SB user in one’s firm wouldn’t be too involved, would it?  Can someone at SB Central report back on the steps?

There can sometimes be some issues when reactivating former users.  Please submit a support request here to make sure it all goes smoothly.


OK, My question was for future reference….which now I have: you can’t do it alone.
