is there an option to close multiple leads at a time, i do not use the in built form or intake but manually add leads into the file and via zapier. Is there a way to select a bulk action to close the leads rather that 1 by 1.

This is not currently an option. I have shared your feedback with our product team. Many client suggestions are implemented while some are not. Development of a new feature may take some time to implement suggestions based on complexity.
