Hi everyone, I would love to know how you are making and receiving the majority of your work-related phone calls these days! I know some lawyers have completely opted out of using physical devices, whereas others swear by them.

Please feel free to jump in here and add some more context if helpful. The more we know, the faster we can improve Smokeball for you :) 

VOIP with desk/conference handsets and cell phones. Sometimes I just use my PC. 

I host a voip server based on freepbx variant called incredible pbx. Call trunking is provided by clearlyip. Clearly ip also provides a soft phone app and email fax.
