How do i permanently delete the e-mails that were tagged to one matter by outlook? Do i have to go one by one and untag?

How do I permanently delete e-mails from a matter?

Hello Wendy,
You currently cannot permanently delete any document from a matter (including emails). You can right click and move it to another matter, but that is all. Some firms have an Administration matter that they use for their firm. You can move the email there to completely remove it from the matter, but it will still be in Smokeball.
