How do I add a detail to a Lead Matter Settings (Matter Details)?

​@C Bunker  reach out to Smokeball Support to see if they would make that field available for Probate Leads. Include an explanation of why having that field available in a Lead would be beneficial. 

I was hoping it was a step I was missing, but I will submit a request

​@C Bunker I checked the matter settings before responding and unfortunately that field just isn’t available in Probate Leads. If you are unfamiliar with the the matter settings, click the cog icon in the upper right of the Lead window (to the right of the timer and left of the question mark) to see all available fields for that type. If the field isn’t in that list, it just isn’t currently available.

Smokeball intentionally keeps Leads very light on contact options as they are not yet clients.  However, please do reach out to support to request this so they can capture the feedback.
