Is there a way that I ungroup the entries that have grouped on the same day and see them individually on the time & disbursements tab? Thank you 😎

Hi @Jenna Storrier, absolutely this is a per user setting.

You can simply go to the Smokeball Settings > Staff & Users > select your user > select the ‘Billing’ tab and untick the option “Group activities as one time entry”.

 

If you have any other issues, please don’t hesitate in contacting our Support team.


I have tried this solution myself and it does not work.   It still groups the entries even though I dont have that option ticked. 


Please can you call Support and we can take a look at this for you.
