Is there a report to show all General Account receipts.

Hi,

The best report for this would be the Income Allocation Reports in Smokeball billing.
In the Income Allocation - Details report you can choose to include the invoice details to see which specific invoices have been paid in a period of time.

Another person’s two cents:

The Income Allocation report is good, but it lacks the payment type, which is important.  This small upgrade would make it way more useful to reconcile physical checks on hand as well as LawPay reporting.  Also need to make that downloadable as a .csv file, but can copy/paste into spreadsheet if necessary.

Similarly, the Money Received report needs to be a .csv downloadable file. It’s more useful, though, b/c it details payment type. (Copy/paste into spreadsheet).

In the meantime, we like the Ledger Export report, as it can be downloaded as a .csv file and sorted/packaged as we need. It’s more useful for reconciling checks, Trust payments, and LawPay.  Wish there was a toggle on/off to include only payments - THAT would make this report excellent.
