How do I add to the folders in the contact section. I want to add court and judge contacts but do not see a way to do this.

@Stevie G - depending on the matter type you are using, contacts can exist on the matter-level or the layout-level. For example, on the Civil Dispute matter type in the US, the Courthouse and Judge contacts live on the Case Details layout. If you add them to the layout, they should appear in those folders on the Contacts list

Hey there @Stevie G - the folders that reflect the different roles from your matters on the Contacts tab are not able to be edited. There is a pre-defined list on the backend that control which roles get their own folder in this location. I will look into whether Court and Judge are included in the list and request they be added, if not. The reason you cannot create them is because you cannot create the roles on the matters themselves, as they are controlled by Smokeball, and we didn’t want to show every single role available in the program as there would be many and not all may be helpful.

Are there any other role-based folders you would find helpful to see in this view?

These two folders already exist in my contacts on Smokeball. But I can’t figure out how to add to them. I was told to add it in the matter and it would appear in those folders but there is now sections in the matter to add a judge or court.
