Firm Logo

Hello,

I am trying to update our firm logo so that our new design is reflected on our invoices. I go to firm settings in billing and select “Edit Logo” I then click save and when I go to create a new invoice, our old design still pops us.

Hello Cindy, invoices have a separate place for logos. We have some firms that have different logos for invoices depending on what area of law the invoice is related to. You will need to replace the logo in the settings found in app.smokeball.com under Invoice settings.

Hi there, 

Thank you for the reply. That is what I did. I updated the logo in firm settings in app.smokeball.com and I can see our new logo in the Firm Settings page it just won't populate when an invoice is actually created. It still shows the old logo.
