I have a case where I will have over 50 clients in the same case, and I need a contract for each one. I have an automated form for individual cases that automatically puts in the client name, address, phone and e-mail address in the contract. This works great for 1 plaintiff cases, but I can’t figure out an efficient way to do the automation for individual contracts for cases with more than 1 client. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Nick,
Is this a Litigation matter type? You can add a party ask to the document template.
- In Modify mode, expand the Details section and select Plaintiff for Addressee. Save & Close the template.
- When you open the document in a matter with multiple plaintiffs, Smokeball asks:
- Who to generate the form for, and;
- once you select multiple plaintiffs, whether to generate a separate document for each selected contact.
The following Smokeball Support Hub article contains further information: Create letters to multiple recipients.
Is the above helpful for your requirements?
Thanks. That is exactly what I needed.
