Extreme Disappointment with Smokeball

Smokeball’s customer support is absolutely garbage. It takes days for them to respond, they definitely don’t seem to care about their customers or their happiness, and circumvent the questions presented. 

I’m not sure I could be more disappointed with Smokeball--despite really liking their product.
