Is there a way to see every matter for each author on Smokeball?
Under the matter menu I have tried this, I click one author and deselect the rest. But it shows we only have two matters which is not the case.
Any assistance would be appreciated?

Hi Shane,
You can group your matter list by the Person Responsible to be able to see the number for each staff member. It should end up showing you a list like the one below:
When you click on a particular staff member’s initials, it filters the list to only show you matters that that particular staff member has been tagged on, which is different than being listed as the person responsible. This would be why only a few matters were showing up for you.

Hi Shane,
You could also go to the reports page on that same screen on the left hand side, run the full matter list report with the appropriate filters, and see them and export them to excel if that would help you as well.
