When creating an email from Smokeball, the email subject is automatically generated. Is it possible to change the template of the email subjects that are generated through Smokeball (not Smokeball billing).

Two Ways to Change the automatic email subject lines.
- Go to Smokeball Settings, Matter Configuration, Re Lines. You can set up there what the default is per matter type.
- On a Go Forward basis, if you go to the matter, matter details, Info, Re Line, you can override what it will be from then on.
Thank you! Is it possible to differentate emails from letters. In other words, can the automatic subjects/Re Lines be different for an email and a letter, or are they always the same?

The regarding line field in Smokeball is used for both letters and emails. Feel free to put in a feature suggestion for us to add separate fields for both.
To submit a feature suggestion you can click on the "Contact Us" button under the Support tab in Smokeball or on the support page and choose Feature Suggestion as the ticket type. Make sure to not only say what the suggested feature is, but how it will help solve a problem with your current process. Also, please include what it is you are trying to accomplish as there may be another way to do so. The more details, the better.
