One of the attorneys in our office is having an issue where she replies to a client’s email (connected to a matter), but the response that the client receives (and I am copied on) is blank. Her signature doesn’t even pop up. She had a response typed out and it was there when she hit send. I’ve seen it on two different matters so far.
Any ideas? Thank you!
